  • Business communication skills at workplace have become the most important medium to deliver information, ideas and knowledge in a workplace. Yet, there are few people who know the useful tricks that make a business communication effective, and many may find quite terrifying especially during this COVID 19 pandemic situation.
  • This course covers the knowledge of business communication skills at workplace to overcome the fear of networking with internal and external clients and presenting during meetings. It also helps the participants to deliver information clearly, effectively and professionally to get the message or opinion broadcast meaningfully in the mind of audience.
