Payment Policy

 
This Agreement (defined below) set forth the terms and conditions of payment for ABeam Academy. The Customer (defined below) shall be deemed to have agreed to this Agreement before paying the fees. In addition, any other terms and conditions not stipulated in this Agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the website (https://academy.abeam.com.my/) and information materials provided by ABeam. 
 
1 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
 
1.1.” Agreement” means these terms and conditions and the Order.
1.2. “Customer”meanstheindividualor company submitting an Order to ABeam.
1.3. “Course” means classroom training delivered live either physically in person or virtually via the internet.
1.4. “Online Training” means pre recorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning
.1.5. “Order”means either the shopping cart via ABeam Academy; or an email;which the Customer submits to ABeam to procure the Training Event.
1.6. “ABeam”means ABeam Consulting (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd.
1.7. “Training Event” means either a Course or Online Training, or both.
1.8. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
1.9. All obligations of either party which comprise more than one person or entity shall be joint and several.
1.10. The use of the neuter singular gender throughout this Agreement shall include all genders and the plural.
 
2 PAYMENT
 
2.1. The price of the Training Event follows the price as stated in the then current training catalogue and unless otherwise so stated, the price is exclusive of any customs duties,cost of warehousing,any other import charges,state or local taxes, provincial taxes, Value Added Tax, or any other taxes as appropriate and due for these types of services or products, which shall be payable in addition at the rate then prevailing.
 
2.2. ABeam reserves the right to pass on any of the following charges to Customer:
  • relating to returned checks, credit or charge card charge backs; and
  • for any handling fees incurred by ABeam in relation to bookings made by credit or charge card
 
2.3. All standard published Training Event fees are set on a per student basis. For Courses, these fees include the price for instruction, and training documentation.
 
2.4. Even in case a Course finishes earlier than originally scheduled, as long as the full Course material and the relevant training session has been substantially provided, there will be no refund of the price of the Course, either in whole or in part, should the course finish earlier than originally scheduled.
 

2.5. ABeam offers the following payment options. The payment method must be established at the time of Order for Training Event or at the time of registration or scheduling for Courses.

  • Online Payment If Customer chooses online payment as the payment method, Customer shall make payment through third party websites or resources(”ThirdPartyServices”)which a link appears on ABeam Academy.Third Party Services are subject to different terms of service and privacy policies, which Customer should review at its own responsibility. ABeam is not responsible for Customer & rsquo;s use of such Third Party Services. Links to Third Party Services do not constitute an endorsement by ABeam of such Third Party Services.
  • Offline payment If Customer chooses a payment method other than online payment, the Customer shall make payment by the method specified by ABeam.
2.6. Customer shall pay the full amount due prior to the commencement of the Training Event For Courses , payment must be received by ABeam atleast【fourteen(14) calendar days】prior to the commencement of the Course(s) specified in the Order, or immediately upon placing the Order if placed less than【fourteen(14) days】prior to the commencement of the Course(s).
